New Years Eve has a way of demanding that we choose a perspective. Some of us look behind and focus on the fact that another year is over and we did not accomplished all we wanted.
Some of us can’t believe all that happen and are hesitating to move forward, for fear that they could happen again.
Others of us are looking ahead, with excitement, wondering what the next day will set into motion for the 364 that will follow.
On New Years Eve we each add to our life story all the pages the year has given us, knowing that tomorrow we start a new chapter.
As I close out a great year, and embark upon the next, I reflect on all I have to be grateful for my health the love of my family and friends and a great God who has blessed me in a way that I can be a blessing in other people’s lives.
Thankful for my powerful profession and the ability to change lives through offering the gift of my profession to others.
I have a lot of dreams and goals for 2016! I have been praying for God to open awesome doors, to allow me to do big, huge things in my life.
I will go after what you want. I will pursue my dreams. Try the things you’ve always wanted to. Take the class. Accept the invitation.
Today is the first day, first page of chapter 2016. So go out, have fun, start writing your year and do something that you would love to carry as a memory for the rest of you life.
